• Microphone Access
  • Required for voice commands and voice-based interaction.
  • Audio input is processed locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Speaker Access
  • Required to read aloud summaries of your incoming emails.
• Account Information
  • If you provide login credentials for your email account, they remain securely stored on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
• Usage Data
  • We may collect non-identifiable data such as feature usage frequency, crash logs, and device information (e.g., OS version, device model) to improve the App.
     

In accordance with App Store and Google Play Store policies, we disclose the following permissions requested by the App:

• Microphone Permission – Required to capture your voice input for speech-based commands. 
• Speaker/Audio Output Permission – Required to read aloud email summaries and notifications.
• Email Access Permission – Required to connect with your email server to read emails and provide summaries.
• Internet Access Permission – Required to connect securely to your email provider’s server.

We request only the permissions necessary for the App’s core functionality.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your emails, voice data, or personal information with third parties. 
• Aggregated, anonymized data (e.g., usage trends) may be shared with partners to help us improve the App.
